Country View Cottage - sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms

The cottage is stylish, fully kitted out, and offers a very comfortable, family-friendly stay.
The lounge is light and spacious and features a large corner sofa, 49" HDTV with cable/satellite TV, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, and Netflix, and views over the front garden and fields opposite the house.
Bedroom 1 boasts a king-size bed, large wardrobe, dresser with stool, and bedside table.
Bedroom 2 is a bunk bed with a single trundle, suitable for 3 children
Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and cot, two side tables, a dressing table and stool, seating, and cool tones throughout.
The kitchen features a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven and electric hob. The dining area is spacious and seats 6 people. The bathroom comes equipped with a shower over bath, WC and basin.
There is also a travel cot (but please bring linen for this), a stairgate and a high chair available, free of charge.
The back garden has several outdoor seating areas, a BBQ, and hot tub, which stands in a lovely, well-maintained grassed garden with a patio area. There is a spacious driveway to the front, which can accommodate several cars.

Other things to note
Unfortunately, the property is not suited to accommodate pets.
Due to the current rise in electricity and water bills, there is a seasonal £100-£125 surcharge included in the cost of the stay, up to 7 nights. If you do not wish to use this facility, please do let us know and we can remove this charge for you.

Pools:
Please note these are not on-site but are a short drive from the cottage and a good way to save time. 2 of them are private and within a 10-minute drive. These require booking directly with providers in advance and will carry a separate charge.
