「The staff at the front desk were amazing! So helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The staff member working at the breakfast lounge did not seem like she had any interest in being there. But the food was great and the room was perfect! We had an amazing stay in Thunder Bay!」

「What a truly great place! It really stood out above the rest on our trip across Canada. I’m wondering if the people who posted poor reviews were posting for the wrong hotel? It’s a small hotel only a dozen rooms and pretty full so would not have had “plenty of rooms available” like the one reviewer wrote. The rooms are not big but very nicely laid out. 「à notre arrivée on m’a demander de payé $10.00 comme frais pour un animal de compagnie ce qui est très responsable mais sur expédia c’était écrit GRATUIT donc même si je l’ai mentionner on ma demander de payé . Nous avons coucher avec beaucoup de mouche dans notre chambre probablement dû à la nouvelle construction et l’eau chaude du robinet de la salle de toilette n’arrive pas même après 30 minutes mais dans la douche c’est parfait. neuf et pas fini mais très beau et moderne」
