「We had a great stay at Bel Aire Motel! In town for a concert so it was a quick trip but this place met all of our needs. Special shout out to the staff who went above and beyond to help when I left some of my jewelry in the room. They were so accommodating and searched the room for us. When they didn’t find it they let us come back the next day to search before the cleaning crews came and I found my jewelry!!! 10/10. We will be staying here again next time we are in Missoula.」

「古い歴史的建造物なのでしかたがないが、本館の3階に泊まったが、リフトがないのでスーツケースを運ぶのがたいへんだった。部屋が狭く、ベッドも狭く、バスルームは狭いシャワー室のみ。アネックスの方が新しく居住性は良さそうだった。ただ、宿泊した部屋以外はとても素晴らしく、夜、170両も連なった貨物列車が汽笛を鳴らして通過するのが、印象的だった。国立公園の横にあるロケーションの良さ、玄関周りの雰囲気も素敵だった。働いている人はみんな、親切だった。」
