I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked. This was unacceptable"

"Barely any guests in the hotel and the continental breakfast was scares to say the least. One frozen waffle, one yogurt, 4 bananas, and some cereal. That was all the choices for a family of 4. Got a text saying if we need anything to respond to the text. Asked for an extra blanket and some more towels. 4 people in the room, one blanket, 2 towels. Never got them. Went to the desk to ask, still never got anything. "
