"The property exceeded our expectations! I've never had a hotel room with 2 full bathrooms! The beds were super comfy, and loved the small balcony. The staff were very kind as well."

"We had a room with king bed and comfortable couch/sleeper. Room and bath were tended each day and everything was clean. Only hot breakfast items were make your own waffles or oatmeal, but pastries looked above average and fruit and hard boiled egg available also along with juices and yogurt. Fun coffee/latte/hot chocolate maker. Staff always responsive. Enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby too. "

"This was our second time to stay at Hobbit House. This home is absolutely delightful and charming. Bill is great to assist in anything that is needed. The house is so well-stocked with anything you might need. Nothing beats the view of Lake Michigan right out the front window or sitting in the chairs outside. A stay in Hobbit House is truly magical. "
