Outlaw House2 "Jake's place "

LOCATION!! LOCATION!! LOCATION!!We are located @ a staple location that has been in this area for over 50 years! People give directions based on Jakes Grocery. Wonderful quiet area but right at all the major destinations and attractions of the trails. Our road runs into outlaw trails, to the right and left are the Hatfield and McCoy trail system. We are directly between all 4 of the southern trails systems (Indian Ridge, Pocahontas, Pinnacle Creek, Warrior). No trailering needed!! HUGE parking for trucks and trailers.
Just off US 52 between Welch and Bluefield
There are towns near by such as:
Ashland, Crumpler, Keystone, Kimball, Bluewell and Bramwell

Close to everything we needed for the stay. Gas, beer, food and ice were in route to or from the trails. Everyone on the trails and town were easy going and helpful. Planning another trip in November.

Perfect Place

We really enjoyed our stay. So convenient to all the trails and restaurants. The home was very clean and we felt right at home . This place is definitely our go to when we come to ride .

We had an amazing time staying here! Great location to trails. House was clean and had everything we needed. Great outdoor spaces with large covered porch, picnic table, and gazebo. Amazing water pressure in showers. Washer, dryer, and air fryer in home. Communication with hosts was great.

The house was awesome! Very clean. We had 6 people staying. Plenty of room. Excellent location for the southern Hatfield trails. Host responded when I had any question. Highly recommend. We will stay there again

Labor Weekend Trail ride

Jack's place was perfect for our weekend get away! Plenty of space for all of us and it was nice to have two bathrooms. Plenty of parking- three trucks and 2 trailors.

Plenty of room inside and out. Nice place. Just wish it had pillows because they are so bulky to travel with. Good locations to the trails. Would recommend

Missing a few things like a toaster and half the light bulbs where blown out ther e may be a problem with the electric the lights in bathroom would dim sometimes. Overall it served it purpose. Well. Would definitely go back.

LOVE the porch, responsive owner, and we will be back!

The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! The queen and king beds are comfortable, the bunk beds are great for young ones; daughter slept fine on it. The only reason why I rated the online listing a 4 vice a 5, there were a few clarifications I needed to check with the owner; address was shown but when you click "get directions" and different address was populated. Items to bring was listed on the detailed page but the overview page said 3 bedrooms and didn't say bring sheets and blankets. To the owners defense, they did say check in 2 days prior. I had just got off a work trip, quick pack, and checked the property details that night, and they did respond around 1130 PM. Amazing! So my fault for not reaching out the details sooner. Lessons learned, overall we would stay here again....just make sure you contact the owner in advance.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers—we had 3. Great location to trails. Only thing we wish it had was a washer and dryer. Overall we would recommend this place to others to stay.
