「Super clean room so nice and clean clean bathroom. Shower was great bed was perfect had fridge too. Air conditioning on when we got there so nice temperature and parking was just directly in front. My daugher and her husband stayed in room next to ours and theirs was perfect too clean and my daugher said the best shower she ever had!」

「Staff were very nice, very quick to help with any issues (not that we had any but we had forgotten forks for a meal and they kindly provided some). Pool area was clean, only complaint there was hot tub jets werent working but otherwise great. Breakfast had great options and ample room to eat. Room was clean and amenities were stocked. Would definitely recommend staying here. 」

「Customer service was friendly and attentive. They provided a goodie bag upon check in. Rooms have been recently renovated, are clean, and comfortable. They are smaller rooms as the original motel is probably quite old, but it suited our needs. If we stay in this area again, we will be repeat customers. 」

「I just stayed two nights at BI&S for the first time and found it very nice for many reasons: It's easy access from Hwy 53, I checked in around 9pm and process was quick and pleasant, clean room and bed, quiet, convenient and well lit - safe parking, located next to a Kwik Trip and the Casa Margarita #3 restaurant. I plan to return to BI&S in the future.」

「Simple accommodations with attention to occupants’ needs. Has microwave, coffeemaker and small fridge. Tiny but nice bathroom. What made this stay was the view of the lake and the walking trail behind as well as the foliage and convenience to dining. Beautiful setting」

「Very friendly staff that got me a ground level room. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The linens were good quality. But the whole property is in need of a makeover. Chipping paint, outdated & worn plumbing fixtures and a door that barely closed enough to use a tiny deadbolt. Glad I was in a low crime area!」
