「Staying with Joe felt like staying with family in the nicest way. Communication was clear and friendly, everything was taken care of, and the room itself is exactly as listed. Joe was so lovely and warm, even invited me up for a drink and a chat. When he discovered I was a musician he was more than happy to lend me his guitar for the duration of the stay. This is the perfect home base to go out and explore the city from. Would 100% stay again.」

「Noticeably clean and thoughtfully curated property. Was a perfect overnight stay for a family of four including 2 school-aged children. The unit is actually the front-half of a larger property - door separating the 2 in the middle of the house but blocked off. Whilst the back property was occupied and using the driveway, any noise was limited.」

「We stayed in the Western Penthouse. This property is beautiful, large open plan living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater and the view out the bay and to Mt Wellington is stunning. Three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate laundry make it feel like home away from home. Complimentary laundry powder, wash/shampoo/conditioner is supplied. Nothing was a problem, fresh towels were supplied when requested. Thank you for a lovely stay. We definitely recommend...

「We loved our stay here. Kasey was very helpful and responded promptly to all my pre booking enquiries. One of our guests required wheelchair access and we had no issues at all. Our elderly guests also needed a stand alone shower for easy access and this suited perfectly. Plenty of space overall and very clean! Couldn't fault our time here.」

「Overall, our stay at Monaaray Studio was great! The size of the small kitchan, bedroom and bathroom was ideal for two people wanting somewhere to spend the night whilst exploring Hobart. The facilities were fantastic and we had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated. The addition of a hair-dryer would have been ideal but we made do. We would recommend this stay and would definitely stay again! Thanks Tony 😊」

Met on arrival offered to carry our luggage, very wam people went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. 「We loved the Red Door (now grey) for it's layout and design - an excellent choice for any couple looking to explore Hobart and be within walking distance of the market - we loved the kitchen, deck and main bedroom views - many thanks to Robin and Kate for stocking some coffee and milk for the first morning after our flight. Stores on Sandy Bay Road are easy to access for additional provisions. Overall a great place to hang your hat for a few days.」

「Love this house! Had everything we needed for a wk stay, kept on extending it as there was no other place we rather stay at. 2 min drive from the mall and all amenities, waterfront is a few mins drive away as well. Great quality linen, towels, bath products and shower pressure was perfect. Very private and easy parking, yet on the main road and fast to get into the bridge to go into the city. Would book again! 」

The kitchen is generously stocked with great equipment and many food staples. The heated towel rails a real luxury. Spotlessly clean. We can’t wait to return to this gorgeous home away from home.」
