「It was good」

「We checked into our room which was dated but okay. The floors felt dirty and wet. We settled in and decided to lake the best of it but when we climbed into bed the bedding was damp at our feet. We called the front desk who tried to help by bringing fresh bedding but when we went to change the sheets we discovered the foot of the mattress was soaked with who knows what!!! We asked to change rooms and they accommodated us with another room without a lake view but thankfully with a dry mattress. ...

「For $300 a night stay to not be allowed pool or hot tub access is just ridiculous 🙄 It's an extra $48 per person to enjoy pool area and that's only for the time your there. Once you leave time's up! The bathroom floor in room looked like a poop stain on floor, no - broken bathroom hooks on door. Floors weren't cleaned at all. Would not stay again!!!」

「We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast spread was impressive and delicious. The pool area was beautiful and kept at 85, a perfect temperature. The grounds and hotel are lovely. The room was beautiful. Staff friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Pub restaurant food was excellent. We'll be back!」

「When checking in I was told the restaurant was closed due to construction and the TV’s in the rooms don’t work because of satellite problems. Once I was in the room I noticed both beds had body fluid stains over the sheets. Checked out immediately.」
