There were a couple nights the neighbors were smoking weed in case anyone has sensitivities to that; no fault on the owner there. I was glad to have a fenced yard, but it had a lot of dog poo from the human companions who weren't kind enough to clean up after their dogs. I had to check the whole yard before my dogs could run around because...

「This rental needs a lot of general maintenance. Holes in the walls, questionable electrical, unreliable door lock, switch cover plates broken, main floor toilet had to be flushed by removing the lid and pulling up on the lever. 」
