"The Palms is really missing any refinement. The pool dirty, shower that was pointed towards the shower curtain, beach unusable, and only one cleaning for a week. The rooms were sloppy painted and never cleaned UNDER anything. Check the vanities. The staff was nice though. The place just needs an investor to improve it. The best part was the chef. Outstanding food. The bartenders were great too. "

"The room is clean though there are bees on the bathroom floor every time I step in there. I don’t know where they are coming from. Floors are squeaky but it’s understandable because it’s an old house. However there are parts of the floor that are lifting up when you walk, so you have to be careful. I made the manager aware of this concerns before I left and she said she’s going to get it fixed. The manager is very friendly and accommodating. Overall experience was ok. I would recommend this place for people that just need a place to rest their heads but not a place for R&R. "

"It was our second time visiting. It is very quiet which is very nice of you are retreating from the hustle and bustle of life. The shops are nice all within walking distance. The staff was nice for the most part. "
