「This is a great value B and B. Although over a pub and close to a main road, very quiet. The pub serves good pub meals, reasonably priced and the staff are very cheerfull. Breakfast was good and the rooms are pleasantly decorated and clean. A great place to stop if you are in the area. The atmousphere in the pub was freindly but not in anyway rowdy. 」
「A great stay at the Woodpaddock in May 2025 for a weekend visiting family. Denise was super helpful throughout my stay, even before I had arrived!
On arrival, there was a warm welcome, fresh milk and tea & coffee. Greatly welcomed after a long journey.
I stayed in room 4, a self contained double room which was perfectly fine for my needs. It had a bedroom, lounge with TV, shower room and kitchen with toaster, microwave and oven.
The gardens are lovely and it is very quiet.

「We were welcomed warmly by Greg who explained what we needed to know and showed to our room. The room is as nice as any room I have stayed in and I’ve stayed at the Mandarin Oriental!! The bedding was Luxurious and the bed wonderfully comfy. With tea and coffee making facilities in the room with fresh milk, I hope I have a reason to return. Absolutely 5 Stars」
