Enjoy all of the amenities of a hotel room without the intrusion of other guests! Located only 7 minutes from the Garnet Hill Lodge Cross Country Skiing Lodge and 15 minutes from Gore Mountain, this brand new, two room suite is the perfect basecamp for skiers who want to spend all day skiing to then return to a comfortable place to rest and start again. You could even strap on your cross country skis and pick up Cougar Trail (part of the Garnet Hill network) at the base of our driveway! The main house is not rented and owners usually will not be present during your stay. If your dates coincide with the owners being present, notice will be given at time of booking.

Our two room suite (divided by a pocket door) has 1 Double and 1 Queen bed per room, a full bathroom and efficiency kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a 24 inch Smart TV with DVD in one of the bedrooms and wireless internet to connect personal devices. There is plenty of parking, a covered area for gear as well as a propane grill, fire pit (wood provided) and ADK chairs for you to sit outside and enjoy our view of the mountains and surrounding woods. There is limited cell coverage with AT&T only. All linens, pillows and towels are provided.
