We never seen anyone other than a strange old man sitting in a room off the kitchen who didn’t speak.Honest review of someone who loves B&Bs and the charm. Pros-Before arrival the host was very tentative with answering questions. Such as we needed an iron but they had a steamer (big plus). They had snacks and drinks to grab headed out the door. The house was very clean no cob webs or dust in sight!! Okay so here’s the cons- The night we arrived I went to the kitchen and dishes were on the buffet that had been used I’m guessing by guest in the morning (we arrived at 7ish pm) they sat there the remainder of the two days we visited. There was NO AND I MEAN NO CHARM. Very plain house. Reminded me of a bachelor pad!!! We stayed in the rose suite, the bed was absolutely horrible when you sat down you went to the floor the mattress felt like a WORN out dish sponge. The bathroom had old funky dingy pink bath mats that looked like they had been there since the 90s! If you use the fan which your gonna need in summer it clicks the whole time it’s on and if you have adhd you will be awake most of the night. The towel situation needs to be addressed. I’m a woman with rather long hair and I need two towels. And the floors need new carpet they were as dingy as the rugs. I totally get it’s an old house that’s why I like B&Bs for the charm! Again none here. If you just need a place with a roof this is it. If you’re looking for a B&B experience skip it. The grounds were also very unkept.

I did like everything. What i didn’t like is that i have to paid to park usually in other places if you get a room parking is free or included. But everything else was perfect i will give it 5 stars review and will come again even if i have to pay to park 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

The building is older but well maintained and the staff were incredibly kind, professional and helpful.

I stayed at Candlewood Suites for 10 days and had a really good experience overall. The suite was roomy and having a kitchenette plus a sofa bed made the stay super comfortable. Parking was easy, and I liked having access to the fitness room and self-service laundry. The place was quiet and convenient, and I didn’t run into any issues during my stay. Only small thing was you could sometimes smell cooking when walking in the hallway besides some of the furniture need paint toch-up but it wasn’t a big deal.

The first room we had didn’t have a toilet that flushed. We tried to use the hotel phone which didn’t work. My husband ended up going back down to inform the representative at the front desk. She did change our room so repack everything to move. It was inconvenient.
