It is a very convenient location that close to metro station and within 5 min walk. The place looks quite new inside and outside.

Service is superb. Everyone from the front desk, the concierge, the dining room, the cleaning crew, and maintenance works are extremely courteous and helpful.

The property is clean, and the staff is very helpful. The room rate includes breakfast, which is very affordable. Convenient location, which is close to the MTR.

Even though the hotel is located not in the city center but the hotel provides a shuttle service to n from subway station. This is definitely a plus. Will recommend other people to stay at this hotel.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. Affordable and beautiful property

Stayed there for a week. Got to swim at the rooftop pool overlooking the Victoria Harbor. Had a AYCE dinner. Very nice experience.
