This location is cozy and convenient, but not meant for every vacationer. My two kids and I shared the condo, which has a bedroom with two beds, a living area with a "ready to be retired" pull-out couch, a single double-sink bathroom, and an ocean-front balcony. If you're a couple or small family with no issues being "together", this place is great.
A few notes:
1. There is no oven, but there is a microwave with an oven feature - I did not use it, but that was not clear from the description.
2. Through no fault of the owner/North Beach Vacations, the Wi-Fi is terrible. The televisions are all Roku-based, so you can forget about using the televisions and your kids' tablets might not distract them during a rainstorm or lunch-break.
3. The neighboring unit can be heard quite clearly - again, no fault of the owner/NBV, but my children and I were subjected to a less-than-happy vacationing family.
