Alma Beach Haven - 22 Alma St North Haven

Excellent located home within a 2-minute walk to North Haven boat ramp and the convenient North Haven Village. Enjoy a day on the water, happy hour cocktails at Moo and Bean and retire to the large rear deck to enjoy sunset views whilst the kids run around in the backyard.

This freshly renovated property with new furniture throughout features four bedrooms including two bedrooms with queen beds, a third bedroom that can be two singles or another queen, and an additional kid's room with a tri-bunk and futon if needed.

The open living area upstairs is bathed in natural light, opening to a front veranda for morning coffees, while the rear entertaining deck provides water views and cool north-east breezes.

Outdoors you can enjoy outdoor dining, lounge, fire pit and a large accessible backyard to fit the boat or jet ski. The ground floor includes a rumpus room with a table tennis table, TV and plenty of games for the whole family to enjoy.

This beautiful property provides a memorable holiday with all amenities within reach, and don't forget to bring your bikes for a leisurely ride to the beach or around the village.
