「従業員のサービス、設備などどれをとっても他のドミニカ共和国のホテルのレベルを超えていると感じた。ヨーロッパのホテルにいるようであった。あえて、注文を付けるとすると、到着するまでの道中に案内などが見当たらず、初めて来る客のための案内を強化してもらいたいと感じた。」

「Me encantó la estancia en Catalina Tropical Lodge. Desde que llegamos se notó la atención al detalle y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Llegamos de noche y el guardia ya nos estaba esperando con la llave lista; incluso nos acompañó a la habitación y nos mostró un poco de las instalaciones. Algo que me gustó mucho fue la vista por la mañana, ya que por la altura en la que se encuentra el hotel se logra ver el mar entre la vegetación. También me encantó el jabón de manos de lavanda y vainilla....

Having access to three different water parks made the experience even more amazing. There was always something fun to do for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic stay—10 out of 10!
