Great staff, location and cleanness.

My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt. There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps.

The room was clean and the toiletries were easy to use as they are at arms reach being affixed to the walls. The shower pressure was awesome and enjoyed that immensely. We had booked a standard king room but ended up with two queen with a partial view on the 3rd floor. It felt a bit cramped with two beds. Our wall was right against where the daily garbage pick up was located. Great way to get up early for early birds. Complimentary breakfast was good but predictable. So close to the beach, restaurant options, get discounts with the perks program. Definitely a hub for weekend parties to be expected in PB. Overall stay was satisfactory as the location was phenomenal. Will have to book the inside room with a view to maximize this hotel. It came down to budget at one of the most expensive time of the year . Will be back again someday!

This was our 2nd time at paradise point and we will be back again. We loved it! Lots to do with kids! Feeding ducks, mini golf, pools, the bay, and more. The rooms are like their own little cottages and the views are fantastic!
