「Years ago I was pretty disappointed by a Red Roof Inn, but based on reviews & ratings on this one, it seemed worth trying. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm driving across the country, so just looking for a clean, comfortable room. Not worried about amenities. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower were also clean. There is nothing fancy here, but for a clean room if you need it for a night, this worked quite well and was a bargain for the price.」

But, typical of Tru - lack of storage space if you were to be there beyond a couple of days.」
「I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. It was only my young son and I, and we felt safe staying here.. The staff was very friendly the moment we walked through the door. The room was very clean and smelled nice. I never leave reviews but this one deserved it a nice review. Ive stayed in plenty of hotels in the area over the years and this was by far the nicest. 」
「Stayed during the Cincinnati Open. Drive to the event was quick and rady. The hotel is located in a nice wooded area across from a golf course. Staff was friendly and always available. 」
「The property and the service are great.
However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle.
To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. 」
「l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.」
「In West Chester Ohio the service, staff the whole experience was awesome. The room was CLEAN, comfortable I can’t say anything bad about this hotel. Anytime we’re here this will be where we’ll stay. Thank you for everything 」
