「Mattress is worn, actually had a concave feel to it air conditioner, ran all night would not turn off asked maintenance to fix they did not USB ports not working on one side of bed. Light was flickering with bad bulb very cramped. bed was right up against the wall just about.」

「Staff was excellent from check in, during stay to check out. Very clean rooms. Great evening reception including drinks and food. Large sitting area to just relax, look at TV in bar area or lounge. 2nd stay and will return. Highly recommend!」

「The property is in terrible condition. Rooms are dusty, the key card doesn't work, no water pressure and the elevator is very slow. The staff for most part is courteous. Breakfast is typical.」

「Reservation canceled on arrival, downgraded, and forced to sleep in a chair. I booked and paid in full through Expedia on Feb 4 for a March 6 stay. Upon arrival, I was told my reservation was canceled due to a “technical issue.” Instead, they moved me to their TownePlace Suites next door, stating both hotels are under the same management and nothing could be done. My reservation was for 3 adults and 3 kids (6 beds). The new hotel only has 4-bed rooms. This should have been obvious before...
