「This place is great. The house is nearly new in a really nice modern neighborhood. House has all the amentities needed and even some extras provided by the host. Great communication and easy access to the building as well. We stayed in Gainesville as it is nearly the halfway point between our home in Tampa and my Daughters current home at FSU. We met here to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family together. Next time we need a halfway stay location for certain this will be my first choice!...

We loved grilling out so much that we skipped going to dinner. The management responds quickly. The propane was out and they came right over to fix it. Highly recommend!」
