"The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel."

"We needed a quick reprieve from the Phoenix heat, so up to Sedona for a few days! This property was so serene, our room was so clean and cozy, and the sunsets from the garden patio were stunning. It’s situated right by the Sedona airport, but that was just a bonus for us watching airplanes and helicopters take off and land. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal Stay with Amazing Amenities! We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit! The entire atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and quiet—spending time on our private balcony was incredibly relaxing. The rooms were incredibly spacious and felt like a home away from home. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the cutlery we needed. To top it off, they offer free laundry, which was a massive bonus. The outdoor amenities were equally impressive; we really enjoyed the refreshing (and thankfully, not overcrowded) pool, the relaxing hammocks, and the outdoor grills available for guests. Location-wise, it’s a very quick and convenient drive to Uptown Sedona. Finally, a huge shoutout to the wonderful staff who were incredibly welcoming and answered all of our questions. Pro-Tip: If you stay over a weekend, definitely check out the main lobby on Saturday! They host a pop-up sale with 40% off gorgeous, authentic Native American jewelry and pottery. The pieces were absolutely beautiful and well worth a look. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend it!"

"Staff great you as soon as you walk through the door to check in. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious,they feel like a small apartment,not a hotel room. The location is centrally located in Sedona making it easy to adventure to any place you like in Sedona. We will absolutely be back to stay on our next visit to Sedona."
