The kitchen isn't fully equipped for cooking. I found some culinary utensils incl. a pan and a pot. But there wasn't any stove to cook. The shops nearby are great incl. Trader Joe's and Maruichi.

I was pretty pissed by the pre-checkin verification: "Please take a quick moment to verify your details, request additional services and sign the required incidentals and damage waiver online. This will ensure a hassle-free, expedited check-in process."
It turned out to be troublesome and a total hassle - their form basically asked me to fill up everything that was there at Expedia. Worst part is - it asked for "copy of credit card - front and back." It's 2025 and small companies still dare to ask for sensitive information on file? Plus this is totally redundant. It's totally paid for and if they want incidentals be secured with a card it's perfectly fine. Ask for a digital copay is just insane. I went along to avoid be left in a limbo on checkin. Then the system was unresponsive and wouldn't do anyting. CS was useless and put me on hold. etc etc.
Their policy and management suck. But to be fair the property is nice and well maintained. For short term travel, I'll not consider them again. Btw it's condo - don't expect any service.
