You get what you pay for. The rooms were alright, the beds were alright. Overall, it was average. It was cheap and id stay there again. It wasn’t anything special, just a warm room and a roof. The checking in process in the lobby was automated and I thought that was pretty cool though

The floor wasn’t even clean. She’s were dirty backboard frame to the bed was on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting fecal matter all around the toilet and the door frame no toilet paper I believe when I left someone else had access to my room.

The floor wasn’t cleaned at all. Neither was the Rome had hair all over the bathroom also fecal matter all around the toilet no toilet paper and this was after I asked for another room because my door key wouldn’t allow me to enter the room that I purchased.

The tv did not work, the ac did not work and the room was filthy. They charged me a “fee” on top of the fee I paid through Expedia and they are trying to charge me $50 for something which I will dispute.

When you arrive you don't speak with a person you checkin with an agent virtually through a kiosk. I had a room on the 2nd floor and moved everything up to the room, didn't notice til the 2nd trip that the door opened from the outside without using the key and the security lock was cracked and the deadbolt was loose. The only other rooms available also did not have working key doors. I did leave and received a refund for the night booked. There was also what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling. I expected a poor room giving it was a budget motel but mold and non locking rooms were not part of the low expectation

The room was not ready for check in, was smelling of cigarette and liquor, dirty used beds, bathroom not cleaned, towels scattered everywhere on the floor, near the TV, used bottles left on the Table, the room was smelling bad. Not recommend to anyone , very poor state of the hotel and the room.

Arrived at check in time and was told they still had to clean the room and once we were able to check in. The floor was still dirty hadn't been swept or vacuumed. The sink and the toilet and bath tub still had hair and dirt on them. No cleaning was done. Had a wet wash cloth with black stuff all over it. The bath tub didn't drain well. Very disappointed for the price. Unacceptable

Nothing worked in the room the tv didn’t work the microwave didn’t work the refrigerator didn’t work and I reported it they didn’t fix it. It was roaches as well & the room was stinky.

The room smelled like roach spray. The tub had hair all over it. I understand the price was low but so was the effort of the upkeep. Sanitation is a must these days.
