"Great stay at the Glass Light Hotel. This was our first stay at the Glass Light Hotel in Norfolk, Virginia. Great location, easy walk to plenty of museums, dining + drinks, etc. Staff was excellent, rooms are big and well pointed with large walk-in showers. Highly recommend!!!!"

"The staff is wonderful. Check-in was a breeze and very courteous. Diana at the bistro made my evening by correcting my meal. It made all the difference after a long drive from Charleston, SC. The room was clean but could stand a bit of updating. Furniture is a bit beat up. Beds were not made to Marriott standards, even if it is a Courtyard. For downtown Norfolk, I expect a bit more."

But for all the mistakes. They charge us only $98.00 So I'm waiting on $47.50. That's the difference. Thanks for everything. "

"Hotel was clean and there was a fair selection at the breakfast bar with freshly brewed coffee and tea available 24/7. The shining star of this Holiday Inn Express was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very friendly and went above & beyond to secure me gauze & tape when I cut my toe on the pavement. The hotel was also near many places to eat and felt safe. Definitely recommend!"
