Luxury Beach Side Home II by RedAwning

Welcome to our luxurious Two Bedroom Home that is almost on the beach. Our

home is private and has a private walkway to the beach. Another home sits

between us and the beach, so technically, we are not Beach Front, but we are

extremely close!



We do offer garage parking for two vehicles, High Speed WiFi along with a

Smart TV. We are also pet friendly. We have central Heat/AC and are happy to

offer a wonderful space for your and your family to make memories!



**Parties are not Allowed**



We offer the following features: Two Bedrooms; Two King Size Beds and one Twin

size bed; High Speed Wifi and a large 65 " smart TV that will allow you to

stream your own Entertainment Services; We are pet friendly with a $99 per pet

and per stay plus tax and processing fees Pet Fee; We have Central Heat/AC;

Off-Street and Garage Parking; Balcony with a small view of the water.



Although we are very close to being Beach Front, there is a home in between

use and the beach. So technically we are Beach Side. To get to the beach,

simply walk in between the homes just in front of us. It is a shared walkway

and there are no streets to cross.



To access this home, you must ascend one flight of stairs. Once inside,

everything is on one floor.



Parties are NEVER allowed and we will immediately evict and cancel your

reservation if our neighbors are disturbed by your noise!



You may park inside the garage or just in front of the garage doors - your

choice.



We are Beach side, with another home in between us and the beach. However,

there are no streets to cross, just follow the path and in 30 seconds you will

be on the Beach!



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
