「Cockroaches, spiders, dead bugs in the corners of the filthy room that smelled. Staff couldn’t even bother to hide this or clean up before we checked in. Balcony covered in trash and cobwebs. We were uncomfortable taking our shoes off in the room and didn’t unpack fully. Checked out after the first night since we arrived after a long drive. Had booked 2 but this was a huge miss. I’ve never stayed somewhere this filthy.」

「The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!」

「I absolutely loved my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites!! The room was accommodating for my entire family. Any issues I had were resolved quickly. The entire staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was good. Even if you didn’t like everything there was something to pick. Parking was a breeze as well. I was always able to find a spot on the first floor. I will definitely be staying here again for our next family trip to VA Beach.」
