Мы отдыхали в Ереване всей семьёй и останавливались в отеле «Олимпия», сняли сразу три номера. В целом остались очень довольны.
Первое, что понравилось — это расположение. Отель не прямо в центре города, но до центра ехать всего 15 минут на такси, что совсем недорого. Рядом буквально в двух минутах ходьбы находится магазин SAS, где есть и обменник, что очень удобно. Плюс неподалёку есть кафешки, так что с точки зрения удобства локация отличная.

And the given info (eg. swimming pool towel related, frequency of room towels/linens changes) by the manager and the staff were different, and confused/uncomfortable feelings I had. TV problem was not handled even the front staff said to send somebody (no show), and other issues that I faced. Some staff were helpful and some points I had positive impressions, however, negative impression became more than positive...

「I’m so glad that we chose this hotel to stay during our holiday in Yerevan. Staff were the kindest of all. Rooms are very clean and well prepared for your stay. Breakfast is rich, also has amazing fresh fruits. So you have a chance to try the most delicious Armenian apricots. They made our trip better, we are considering come back very soon.
