The living room featuring underfloor heating is adjacent to the open kitchen, which includes a microwave and dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, a storage room and one bedroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds, some of which in a double set-up. There is also a second toilet on the landing.
