"We absolutely loved Ocean Club East. The whole ambience of the garden feel and being right on the beach was more than this first timer to TCI could ask for. Our room was gorgeous, with the high peak ceilings and cute balcony. It was a garden view, with a slight over looking into the parking lot but we were ok with it. Some cons: the mattress was as hard as a rock. It made sleeping very uncomfortable. The bathroom in our room was small, you couldn’t use the sink/mirror if the door was open (not a deal breaker let’s be honest) There is also no ice machines, you have to go the cabana bar to get ice which was slightly annoying. Being able to walk out of our room complex and be by the pool and the ocean was simply perfect and I would most definitely stay there again! The staff was always polite and friendly. The manager even made rounds on the beach to see how every single persons stay was."

"I have traveled many places and this is by far the best place I have stayed. The property was very clean and well maintained. Blue Haven didn't disappoint at all. I had an Ocean front room and every morning waking up to see the beautiful water was a breath taking. And as beautiful as the property was, the staff made it 10 times better. Every single staff member that I encountered greeted me with a smile and was super friendly. All the food I had at this resort and its sister resort Alexdra was very good. Salt was my personal favorite. I highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Turks and Caicos."

"The housekeeper cleaned every day which is unusual these days! All staff was friendly and helpful with anything you may need. The grounds and pool were immaculate. The restaurant was one of the very best on the island! We never ate breakfast but had lunch or dinner at the restaurant every day then went somewhere else the other meal. The bed was comfortable which is so important to me. My husband and I have no complaints and we have stayed at Royal West Indies 4 times over the past years."

"From start to finish, our stay at this villa was excellent and exactly what we hoped it would be. The house was awesome and and no trouble accommodating our family of 11. The concierge met us at the dock and escorted us to the house and helped us get situated. A big shout-out to Regina! And the owner was in contact from the start to ensure that things went smoothly and met our expectations. The house is right on the beach and has postcard views of the ocean. My wife has a list the top 9 beaches that we’ve visited around the world and this beach moved into the #2 spot, second to a very private beach on Yasawa Island in Fiji … and yes, that is saying something. The home was clean and the kitchen was very functional. Everything worked and there were plenty of utensils to handle all of our dinners. This get together was our family celebration for our 50th anniversary and it lived up to our expectations. Because of its island location, it does require some logistical planning to get there with enough food for the stay, but that is part of the adventure. While we normally cruises for our vacations, it would do this trip again as long as we could stay at the same villa!"
