AC made an awful noice in the first room we were given and did not blow cold air. Then we go upgraded and the water in the tub wouldn’t go down. Very run down.

The room was clean and generally comfortable, but the first thing I noticed when I walked in was a strong, somewhat unusual smell. It gave me the impression that the room may have been used for partying before, and unfortunately, the smell was noticeable enough to affect my overall experience.
One thing to keep in mind is the limited parking. If you’re planning to park at the hotel, I would definitely recommend reserving a parking spot in advance, as the underground parking has limited availability. Otherwise, you may have to park on the street or in an outdoor lot. Given the area, I personally didn’t feel very comfortable leaving a car outside, especially with the amount of reported car break-ins and broken windows around Portland.
That said, the location is quite convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. And the staff were honestly one of the best parts of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Overall, I think the hotel has a lot going for it, especially the staff and location. However, the smell in the room and the parking situation were significant enough for me to give it 3 stars.

The hotel lobby, room, and linens was clean. The room was mostly updated and felt welcoming. There was a nice view of the city on the tenth floor. It was only one night, but the staff was professional and helpful. Only issue is that you'll need to find public parking if you don't use valet. The building the parking garage and hotel share is not for self-parking.

We stayed in a king suite, the AC system was very weird. It would get super cold or be super hot middle of the night.
Pull out sofa is NOT comfortable at all. Slept on the couch instead.
Everything else was great! Staff super nice, valet super convenient for when you come and go.
