「This hotel was not quite what I was expecting. The rooms were outdated and could have been cleaner, and the noise from other guests was bothersome at times, making it difficult to fully relax.
That said, the location was convenient. The beach was directly across the street, and the boardwalk was only about a 10-minute drive, which made it easy to explore the area.
Overall, it wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but it wasn't the best either. While the location was a plus, I personally would...

「Older place but Our room was clean. Beach view was great. Location perfect next to the 2nd Ave pier. Staff was friendly.
Hot tub warm but no jets. the pool splash pad and lazy river were good. There were limited chairs around the pool and no pool towels offered
Plenty of ice from the multiple-ice machines
The staff were wonderful and let us swim while we waited to check in and then let us check in early once our room was ready. Super thankful for that ability.
