"Als wir den Pool im 40. Stock nutzen wollten – der groß beworben und als Highlight dargestellt wird – verlangte das Personal plötzlich zusätzliche Gebühren, die nirgendwo vorher erwähnt wurden. Transparenz gleich null, Service ebenso. Freundlichkeit oder Entgegenkommen: Fehlanzeige.
Nachdem wir die Unterkunft daraufhin kontaktiert haben, kam lediglich eine freche und überhebliche Antwort, wir hätten ja ein „Zimmer-Upgrade“ erhalten und sollten dankbar sein. Wir sind zu zweit gereist und bekamen...

"Super cute little house and rooms! The city is in walking distance but there are great restaurants just around the corner. English is almost impossible but the lady at the reception is so lovely and friendly that is almost doesn't matter ;) we still got everything we wanted or needed. Our room didn't have block out curtains they let all the light through. If you bring a mask and earplugs you'll be absolutely fine "
