"■ネガティブメッセージ ・バスルームで温水が出ないため、1Fにある少し大きめの浴室を共同で使う必要があった。 ・バスルームがとにかく狭く、便器から立ち上がる際に、タオル掛けに頭をぶつけがち。 ・道路から入口までの階段が非常に急で危険。 ・海が全く見えず、見晴らしが悪い。 ・室内に、洋服を入れる引き出しや、机等が無く、非常に不便。 ・部屋のドアに隙間があり、室内の会話が廊下に筒抜け。 ■ポジティブメッセージ ・建物の玄関から先は、全てカーペットで覆われており、子供が建物内で遊ぶのにはよさそう。"

"町の中心部で食事・買い物に便利でしたが、周辺の道は狭いので、車で行くのでしたらスーパー側からアプローチするのが良いと思います。買い物、食事の情報も十分に提供されたので、快適に過ごせました。室内の清掃状態も良好で、食器、調味料等もあるので、自分で調理することも可能でした。"
