"First, the tv wouldn’t turn on.
Second, the phone had no cord for the receiver to the phone, so it was I’mpossible to call the front desk about the tv. I had to call the corporate office, on my cell to get the number for the front desk. They came with a different remote and turned it on.. Then it wouldn’t turn off when I was ready to go to sleep. Had to leave it on.
