「Great place for family with teens, they had the whole downstairs to themselves and loved it. The host was very responsive and helpful.」

「Roomy and comfortable. Very clean. Beds and pillows were good. Nice kitchen and large appliances. Could use more utensils and plates. Kitchen and bathroom otherwise well stocked. Close to university and downtown. Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to book and good communication with host. Would stay again.」

「It was a lovely house and property. The fenced in backyard was nice with a lovely patio to sit on with a hot tub. Enjoyed morning coffee out there. This house is in a very convenient location to many activities nearby, restaurants, access to the highway and much more. Carlos was very commutative and helpful. I would recommend this place to stay with family and or friends!」

「We loved staying at this super lovely little house! It was perfect for two people, everything we needed and great location! If we ever plan a trip to Lexington- this is absolutely where we will stay!」

「This house was perfect for our group. Accommodated 6 adults with no issues. Only draw back was the hot tub was only set to 95 degrees and we weren't able to increase the temperature.」

「We really enjoyed staying in this apartment right in the Chevy Chase part of Lexington. We liked the fact that the apartment has lots of free uncluttered surfaces that allow you to unpack your things without worrying about knocking something over. There is a large luxurious shower, a comfortable king-sized bed, well-equipped kitchen with two surfaces on which you can spread out (and work on your laptop, for example), and a large modern washer/dryer right off the kitchen. We were there on a very...

「The location was perfect for our itinerary. Bathroom area was very small. There was no toaster of all things to heat a bagel or toast in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. We could not get any standard TV channels on the TV's. But we really did not use the TV's much. Not sure I would recommend for what we paid over the weekend. But maybe that is the going rate for that area.」

「This property was lovely and perfect for group of women enjoying the Lexington area and everything it has to offer!」

「“The house was fantastic and worked perfectly for our stay in Lexington. The location was excellent — very convenient to both the UK campus and downtown Lexington. The kitchen, living room, and dining area were all spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and spend time together. We especially loved the back deck for hanging out in the evenings. The host was also very responsive and helpful — when we accidentally got locked out, they replied quickly and helped us resolve it...

「‘The Spot’ was a wonderful stay! It’s exactly as pictured. The kitchen is beautiful with the marble countertops. The bathrooms have enormous showers and so pretty. Two family’s stayed and there’s plenty of room for all. There are games to play and the Koi pond was so fun to watch the fish and enjoy the weather. The train is so charming- Jen provides sound machines so we didn’t even hear it at night! Great location to downtown (we watched the World Cup at a local bar) and the bakery at the end of...

「We were in town to visit our daughter at UK. Place was cozy, clean, perfect for what we needed. Conveniently located. Keeneland was an easy drive and Kroger field was a really short drive.」
