"Schöner Stern", 4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV and electric heater. 1 room with 1 french bed and electric heater. Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with electric heater. Exit to the garden. Bath/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) walk-through room with 1 bed (120 cm), electric heater. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC and electric heater. Patio. Terrace furniture. Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, schwierige Anfahrt

Das Haus, die Einrichtung und die Lage sind wirklich sehr schön. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl u. es ist sehr ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Ein wirkliches Manko ist die Anfahrt ab Contes. Es geht in die Berge, das war bekannt, aber die Strasse ist keinesfalls geeignet für große o. lange Fahrzeuge! Im letzten Teil der Strecke zum Haus kommen 4 Haarnadelkurven u. da muss rangiert werden. Dass haben wir uns Abends nicht getraut. Schade!

Merveilleux séjour! 👍

C'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous avons retrouvé cette maison de vacances. En effet nous y sommes deja venus il y a 3 ans. L'endroit, la vue plongeante sur la vallée, l'espace qu'offre cette location et le confort nous a donné envie d'y retourner. L'amabilité du propriétaire également est à souligner. Nous conseillons vivement cet endroit à tous les passionnés de nature et de calme sans être trop éloigné de Nice et des merveilleux villages de l'arrière pays Nicois à visiter...

Schönes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht

Das kleine Häußchen in den Bergen über Nizza ist anheimelnd und gemütlich. Es könnte etwas mehr Sorgfalt bei der Instandhaltung vertragen, aber das Preis/Leistungs Verhältiniss ist auf jeden Fall gewahrt. Wer kein keine Klimaanlage braucht, kein Problem mit Serpentinen hat und einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Ausläufer der Südalpen will, ist hier bestens untergebracht. Der Vermiter ist nett kommunikativ und die Nachbarschaft superentspannt. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sehr ruhig und abgelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht

Wir sind mit 5 Personen mit einem PKW angereist (PKW ist sehr ratsam) und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus besteht aus zwei separaten Wohnungen (unten Küche,Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad/Toilette, oben zwei Zimmer Bad/Toilette). Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, Viele Sachen sind im Prinzip Antiquitäten aus dem arabischen Raum. Das Haus liegt am Berghang mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das bedeutet auch sehr kurvenreiche enge Straßen bis hinauf zum Haus.

Wer dem Stress entfliehen möch...

Wer dem Stress entfliehen möchte , ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Umgebung mit vielen netten Leuten und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett , hilfsbereit und sehr entgegenkommend. Der Supermarkt ist ca. 15 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt , der Strand von Nizza ca. 30 Min. Reisetipps: Wer mit Kindern unterwegs ist , sollte unbedingt nach Antibes ins Marineland fahren. Der Eintrittspreis ist zwar sehr stark überzogen aber die Shows dafür sehr schön. In Monaco ist die Schlossführung und die Wachablösung zum empfehlen. Auch in Nizza selbst gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken . Ich finde man kann hier sehr gut zwischen Kultur, am Strand baden gehen oder im Haus die Stille genießen, abwechseln. Somit kommen alle Familienmitglieder auf ihre Kosten.

Der Vermieter ist ein wirklich...

Der Vermieter ist ein wirklich toller Typ. Wir hatten in Genua einen kleinen Atounfall und waren deshalb 3 Tage nicht mobil. Der Vermieter half uns in allen Lebenslagen und fungierte auch als Taxi. Er wollte nicht einmal für seine Dienste entlohnt werden. Wo gibt es noch so etwas ?

Die Lage des Unterkunft war au...

Die Lage des Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich, genauso aber auch der Weg zum Ferienhaus. Eine schmale Straße, viele Kurven, glücklicher weise sind uns nur sehr wenige Autos begegnet. Die Fahrt wurde mit einer faszinierenden Aussicht belohnt. Das Haus gleicht innen einem kleinen Museum, es ist liebevoll und komplett eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Reisetipps: Wir haben von St.Tropez im Osten der Cote dÀzur (es ist dabei die Fahrt mit dem Schiff von St.Maxime aus sehr empfehlenswert) bis San Remo in Italien eine Menge Städte und viele Bergdörfer besucht, es gibt so viele sehenswerte Orte, dass die 14 Tage kaum ausreichten. In Eze (unbedingt sehenswert) war das Parken außerhalb des Ortes und die Fahrt mit dem Shuttlebus empfehlenswert. Ansonsten ist die Fahrt auf den Küstenstraßen bzw. Corniche besser als auf der Autobahn, allein schon wegen der vielen Aussichtspunkt.
