The room was very clean, but it was very noisy. There were at least 2 parties going on until late into the night, and staff did nothing to contain the noise - which go through the thin walls quite easily. Location was good, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Parking was OK, but expensive.

Location was ideal , walking distance to the falls & close enough to everything yet far enough away to enjoy some peace & quiet. Staff working continuously to keep premises clean, security cameras to ensure safe. Very comfortable beds. Although no Gluten Free options, yoghurts & bananas for breakfast sufficed. Very close to Tim Horton cafe if needed.

Accidentally locked myself out of my room at 3am and staff was more than happy to help. Great pillows, TV in your room is a smartTV you can browse YouTube or Netflix on it.
