I totally enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very pleasant. The room clean and comfortable and I love the shower head. It is within walking distance from the falls, the reason I was staying there. There are many restaurants near by so eating out is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. Also the included breakfast is very good.

The staff was very rude. we where charged for parking ( I have never been charged to park at my hotel) and when we came back to the hotel that night there were almost no spots available and we had to wait for someone to leave to have one. Lastly our shower was dirty

It was within walking distance to events. But don't try using the hair dryer it won't plug in wrong plug on the item itself! Limited breakfast space, basically need to grab and take back to your room. Floors looked dirty afraid to walk around without something on my feet.

The fireplace didn’t work, the plug on the jacuzzi tub did not work so the water drained while using it. There were no glasses for wine in the room. When we asked, we were given an acrylic glass which we were told to wash. There were very few towels and they were very thin. Overall, a disappointing stay. We will not return.

The Falls Lodge and Suites is a budget hotel. This was important as it was during an event where surrounding hotels had inflated pricing. The hotel was very basic but suited our needs. The website pictures did not accurately depict the actual accommodations. It was within walking distance to Niagara Falls. Location, in addition to the affordability, make this a good choice for those looking for basic accommodations at a reasonable price.

Okay lodging but our room had issues with a loose sink faucet, loose wall plugs, intermittent wifi, and was cold. I had to throw out trash myself since no one ever came to clean the room. The family suite was a bit awkward since there was no table to eat or work. Bathroom had an ant hill as well. The surroundings were safe and conveniently located from the town center.

What can I say.... I was charged twice for parking,(was later refunded) but the gentleman argued heavily with me first! The beds were nice, no breakfast tho!

Nice clean rooms, friendly service. While the free breakfast may have been lacking a little (not exactly unexpected) this is still a great place to stay if you're on a budget! You'll see me again!
