Ace Vacation Home at Niagara Falls - Canada

The property is in a strategic location very close to Niagara Falls and Fallsview Casino. (Just walking distance.) This spacious 3 bedroom house is in a quiet neighborhood and has been freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. The house itself can easily accommodate up to six people.

Rooms are well appointed with all new queen beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep. The large kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and boasts an eat-in dining table. The setup is ideal for quality meal times.

Indulge your need for entertainment in our recreational room. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos, and watch Netflix on our 4K Smart TV. For the savvy business traveler, there is a small office space to connect and create.

Guests have private access to the entire upper house. The guests don’t have access to the basement. The owner lives in the basement & has a separate entrance. This is in accordance with local municipal laws.

This isn’t a party house. Guests have to be mindful of their surroundings and neighborhood. Please keep the volume down after 10 pm. Additional fees might include any damage to the house, stains to fixtures, complains from neighbors about any illegal activity, false fire alarms, false police alarms etc. (A formal invoice will be sent to guests for payment instructions.) Surveillance cameras are placed outside the property for guests safety.

An additional cleaning fee will be added if house rules are broken and/or extra cleaning is needed from excessive mess.

The number of people in or on the property at any time is restricted to the number of registered guests on the reservation.

***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. This needs to be done within 24 hrs of booking. If ID isn't received, guests won't receive check in instructions. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.

Awesome place

This is a beautiful home that is super close to the falls. Very comfortable and super clean. Had everything we needed and more. Quiet neighborhood but only ten minute walk to the Incline that takes you right to the falls. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and the beds were super comfy. The communication with Jas was great. Love the close proximity to the falls. Just a suggestion for future visitors, take the incline railway down to the falls. (Only $8 for a day pass) Jas leaves the extra added touch of goodies for your stay.

Great family stay in Niagra

We had an awesome stay with Jas. His place was spotless, the snacks and beverages were a pleasant surprise for our kiddos. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, attractions were within walking distance. Check in and out were easy, Jas was super nice and responsive. House is in a quiet neighborhood, we were comfortable walking with our kids at night to watch the fireworks by the falls. Would highly recommend for families and will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

Fun at the Falls

Cozy spot to regroup after a day of adventure. Great fit for 4 people...a little crowded in the kitchen and living room for 5 adults. Best bed and pillows ever! Every thing needed in the kitchen. Easy clean up and checkput.

We came to Niagara Falls for the eclipse and to see the falls. Even though it was cloudy it was a fun experience. The house was very comfortable and the host was great. We walked to the Falls from the house and spent a couple hours viewing the scene. My 83 year-old mother made the walk just fine. We found the house aesthetically pleasing. 5 stars!

Clean and just right

The most important thing, the house is very clean and in a safe area. The host has made sure you have some snacks and drinks when you arrive, very nice gesture. It was my parents 55 wedding anniversary during our stay and the host decorated the house and brought us a cake and a bottle of wine. It just shows that the host really cares about the guests. We didn’t do any walking from the house to the falls bc of my elderly parents but if you’re healthy and love to walk, it still looks like a pretty long hike! Also there are no dressers in any of the bedrooms so we lived out of our suitcases.

Quiet neighborhood, walk to niagra falls

We arrived to a small older home in a quiet neighborhood. Several choices of tea, coffee, snacks & beverages were provided. The house is very clean. I like to have both a vacuum (upstairs entirely carpeted & family room) & swiffer mop. Jas quickly provided at my request. Neither bathroom has a vent so we used a fan for the upstairs bathroom when showering. The main floor bathroom is quite small and has a unique commode/ sink combo. We love walking so the location of 1 mile to the falls was perfect. There is one tv in the home nicely placed in the living room. The windows are new so easily open for cross breeze which was wonderful. The primary bedroom does not have a place to store folded clothes. But there is a nice size closet. Great for the price.

Phenomenal host. Everything was exactly as described and the little welcome gifts were very appreciated. Location was ideal! Just a 10-15 min walk to the Horseshoe Falls incline. Would definitely recommend staying here. When we come back- we will be staying here.

The property was amazing! It was super clean, easy to locate and very cozy. The only recommendations is a bit more counter space in the kitchen (like an island) and the bathrooms or something like that. The kitchen also needs more pots, only found one, and some mixing bowls, wasn't able to locate any. We would definitely stay here again!
