I had such an amazing stay at the Splendid Secret Hotel! Ding Dong was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. • Ha Long Bay Tour: I booked the Ha Long tour through the hotel, and thanks to Ding Dong's seamless organization, the whole trip was smooth and unforgettable. Great hotel, nice staff. Smart looking and good location.

This is a small hotel of only 13 rooms. Our hotel room though a superior room was old and tired. The hotel though is well located for old town Hanoi. Breakfast was in a different hotel around the corner but had a good choice of food. The staff, particularly Ms Angela (whose English is impeccable), were great.

The stuffs are very kind and friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the room is beautiful and clean. This is a great hotel.
