This hotel is PERFECT for your trip to Hanoi! Me and my wife couldn't be happier! It's perfectly located and it walking distance so pretty much anywhere you want to go! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was beyond amazing. We even got to see and participate in a staffs birthday celebrations which made us feel like we were apart of their family! Breakfast is amazing as well. We also have to give Vivian a bug shout out. She really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was raining hard one day where we had to cancel our Holong Bay day cruise. She took care of it for us without even asking! 11/10 experience!! Highly recommend!

I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. The way the staff greets guests every time they enter and exit the hotel makes me feel very respected. Extremely comfortable.
