Poor Housekeeping

"The first day there was no heat and we were unable to find anyone to turn it on. The entire building was cold including our room. Our sheets were not changed the entire time we were there eventhoug they needed it. The bathroom was not cleaned the entire stay. All that was done as far as houskeeping ..."
