「The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I couldn't fault any one of them but I would mention abby particularly. The service was impeccable and the food was very food. Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice. We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating. I would highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly visit again.」

「Toilet seat was hanging off. Had to wait to get checked in, sea gulls kept us awake all night. Not an aera I recommend.」

「Beautiful country hotel, small and personal service, delightful comfortable en-suite rooms, warm inviting pool - often to ourselves, incredible top class gourmet food - formal dining and bar food served in the warm and cosy bar area or the relaxing lounge. So much choice at breakfast, all delicious, everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the open terrace overlooking the pond. A real joy to stay here.」

「The staff were lovely, breakfast was excellent, the restaurant didn't open till 6pm, so as we were going out we ordered bar food, which was ok, tasty but nothing special, convenient for us though.again the staff were lovely, We asked to change rooms because of a small problem,it was done without any fuss. It is slowly being renovated and just had lovely New windows in the lounge, some of the rooms need updating and the secret balcony could do with abit of TLC,, but it's a beautiful old building,...

「Loved the swimming pool, that’s the main reason I booked this hotel, however it was very warm, too warm to do much swimming. Our room was lovely and clean, if not a little dated. The breakfast was really good and the staff were excellent. We didn’t get round to using the spa, so we will be coming back. I would definitely recommend」
