「We stayed for three nights in a family room for three. The room is specious and clean. We have a dog with us and Kings Arms is 100% dog friendly. We stayed in a room quite close to some cooling system which was required to keep turned on to keep the beer cold (I think) but it produced a constant mechanically nose which became very noticeable in the evening. 「Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea! Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes. Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.」

「Firstly, I think you need to understand if you are staying here it is for an actual holiday not because you are working in the area because getting there is a trek as the road is very small. Secondly the only time I saw the host was when I first arrived and he told me breakfast was at 8am... so ofcourse I didn't get one, as I had to leave earlier than this and there's no other option. The inside looks a bit worn down but your room is to a degree of cleanliness. Also no locks on your door. Tbh...

「Had a lovely night away. Room was clean and nice to have a fridge with fresh milk for coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend.
