Come to Newport and stay in this newly renovated unique space with new bathroom and small kitchen. If you like bight sunny rooms this is for you, or close the blinds and hide out. Located walking distance to everything, you can't beat this location. Walk out the door to the right and your on Broadway where you can hang with the locals or walk left and head to the downtown wharfs. If you need advice, I am always around!!
I like to give guest their space but Im always available for any needs. I usually respond within a few minuets. Need sheets, towels or advice on dinner spots or adventures spots just ask.
Very nice bathroom just renovated and super clean. A small kitchen that is perfect to make anything you might need. Incredibly happy room full of sun both morning and at sunset will make your day better!!
Newport is a smaller town so most things will be in walking distance. If you need a ride, UBER is good or jump in a pedicab and enjoy the town
Parking: There are 2 parking spots for the 5 units that are first come first served basis. There is street parking available but 2 hr parking from 8am - 6pm. There is also a parking lot on Mary St just around the corner.
