Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom house in Linville Land Harbor community in Newland. House has a beautiful porch with rocking chairs that overlook the river. The property is mins from Boone, Blowing Rock and Beech Mountain. This awesome property features a cozy king bed and a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a perfect night's sleep for all guests. The living room offers additional space with a queen sofa bed, perfect for lounging or accommodating extra guests. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer. Plus, there's even a golf course, river trout fishing, community beach and pool use for an extra fee. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer! Luckily Hurricane Helene did not damage our house. It is available to rent, and the area would love visitors!!
