The house is divided into multiple sections with other people living in the front section of the house, and another bedroom in the back being used as a rental unit.Prior to check-in, the host sent us the access code through the Vrbo chat. However, the host did not disclose in writing that the code was specifically for the back unit of a shared property. Instead, after arrival, the host called us and...

「Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. 」

「Rooms were nice and clean and location was easy to get to. Just thought there could be a few more supplies. Only 2 dishwasher pods and no oil available on site to season the cast iron pan provided. But we managed. Fall colors bloomed on the property and it was beautiful. And although we didn't avail ourselves to them, the books and board games were a nice touch. Would stay here again.」
