Experience resort-style living at this stunning Caves Beach retreat — a private coastal sanctuary surrounded by lush tropical gardens, a serene rainforest-inspired bathroom, and a sparkling oasis pool. Designed for pure relaxation, this home offers open-plan living filled with natural light and coastal breezes, plus a gourmet kitchen with a unique sea cave–inspired splashback.



Unwind by the pool, enjoy a game of pool, cosy up by the fireplace, or settle into the media room with its large Smart TV. Outside, the expansive garden area features an inground pool, cabana, outdoor lounge, BBQ space, and an elevated treehouse gym with a treadmill, weights, its own bathroom, kitchenette, and breathtaking coastal views.



Perfect for families and groups, the property boasts six spacious bedrooms across two wings. The upper level includes the main living spaces, kitchen, dining, lounge, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The lower level—with two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a TV area—is opened only for bookings of nine or more guests (note: these bedrooms do not have windows).

Splendor at Caves Beach

Highly recommended.Spacious and well equipped accommodation.Family enjoyed the short stay at this beautiful home, will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Great location and amenities for the family

Good kitchen, lovely pool, fun games for kids (and adults -pool table etc). Limited air con meant the bedrooms got hot. We had a nice stay as the property accommodated all 11 of us well. TVs were a bit tricky with no free to air but we worked it out just in time for the grand finals.

Modern and well maintained

Love the pool and modern kitchen and facilities, and games provided. we had a great time in the house. Peaceful and conveniently located. Management team was friendly. I wish in the description it had mentioned the down stairs rooms were not connected to upstairs within the house, some of the family members feel a bit isolated. Dryers was not working very well.

Caves beach h was wonderful. My family enjoyed the stay at the house they loved the pool .

Overall my stay was very good . But the flap doors in the main bathroom was not ideal. No privacy and my little girl hurt her hand with that door . Hope you guys will change it . But the location was great the house was clean the pool was amazing my kids loved it ..... I will definitely want to do it again

Not suitable of young children or elderly.

House had very steep driveway with no stairs or railing.No stairs onto front verandar. Staircase in house no barrier. All rugs had rurned up edges.

Good location, good house, not so good host named Leanne

The house is spacious but still cozy in a good way. The location and Salt water pool are nice. A few let downs such as the pipes in the en-suite flooding into the master bedroom making a mess and horrible smell and when I tried to get in contact multiple times I had no reply. Also council bins were full upon arrival and left on street curb so we had to place our rubbish bags in the incorrect bins so they are not left on the lawn. We really did over look these issues and wanted to enjoy our stay until leanne from lakeshores accommodation kept coming up with extra charges after our leave, she wanted to charge us for bin collection and made unacceptable accusations that we took the dooners home so she wanted to add that as a extra charge too. The holiday rental is good and it can be so much better with a different host.
