"The staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, attentive, professional. Specifically, Ewa on the front desk and Robert in the buffet breakfast area - they consistently addressed guest needs in a way that made it clear they wanted each guest to have the best possible stay. I will absolutely return to this hotel the next time I am in the area. "

"Breakfast is always wonderful with lovely replacement options for gluten free guests. We stayed in 222 and found the mattress quite hard and uncomfortable unfortunately, would definitely be worth a mattress/pillow refresh in there as we would love to be repeat guests in that room! Other than that everything was great, lovely accommodating and helpful staff and great to be able to park for free! "

"Good basic room. The bathroom smelled faintly of urine which made me question how thoroughly it’s cleaned. It’s a bit noisy, both from street noise (always seemed to be people yelling outside at all hours), and thin walls. Breakfast was tasty and staff was very pleasant."

"Centrally located which is very handy and good balcony view. City noise as to expected. Comfy and big bed and lots of lights and spare plugs. I like the independence and and also concierge if needed. Checking out as late as 11am was a luxury. "
